I came here recently, and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing atmosphere. The whole setup and layout of the restaurant just feels amazing. The food and the service were outstanding, as expected. I had the chance to try the buffet and there was a very wide variety of foods to choose from, ranging from foods containing meat, beef and mutton to sweets like cakes and ice creams. Overall a phenomenal experience, 9.5/10. Would definitely recommend.

Alhamdulillah, my cousin’s Dr S. Waqar wedding was held at Monal Peshawar and it was truly an outstanding experience in every aspect. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From traditional Pakistani specialties to their unique grilled options and continental dishes — each bite was a perfect blend of taste, texture, and aroma. The ingredients tasted fresh, the seasoning was precise, and the portion sizes were generous. Whether it was the creamy handi, everything was cooked to perfection. The desserts were a dream — especially the molten lava cake and kheer. I would gladly rate the food a solid 10 out of 10! Chicken Makhni This dish was a total standout. The chicken was extremely tender and juicy, cooked to perfection. The makhni (butter) gravy was rich, creamy, and packed with deep, traditional flavor — with just the right amount of spice to keep it flavorful but smooth. The butteriness didn’t overpower the dish — instead, it enhanced it. Monal Square Peshawar is an absolute gem! The restaurant boasts a peaceful environment and offers some of the best sunset views in the city—it’s truly a treat for the eyes and creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the phenomenal service provided by the staff. We were particularly impressed by our waiter, Babar. His professionalism and exceptional hospitality were noteworthy. Babar was attentive, cheerful, and made sure our dining experience was comfortable and seamless. If you are looking for serene ambiance, stunning scenery, and service that makes you feel genuinely valued, Monal Square is highly recommended. Thank you, Babar, for the excellent care . 🙂

This was an excellent restaurant. The ambiance, the service, the food all were top notch. We were given complimentary mint margaritas upon arrival which tbh were okay - nothing great. Initially I was going to give the food a 4/5 because although it was nice, it could have done with a bit more flavour. I gave a 5 because of the variety on both main courses and desserts. The variety was absolutely amazing! The desserts were also good - kheer was lovely and the gajar halwa was also very nice. To top it all off, we had kashmir tea on the outside patio which we all enjoyed. Overall, a brilliant restaurant with excellent service and a even better menu. 8.5/10 rating.
